We are currently seeking a Journey Counselor for the Long Beach, CA facility.
Deliver face-to-face activities to participating residents; conduct group & individual meetings; evaluate the progress of assigned participants; work directly with inmates to develop/implement services plans and Substance Abuse Services Coordination Plans for continued community substance abuse program activities, and to create a support network for return to the community.
Bachelor Degree or certified with full-time experience.
