Community Education Centers(CEC) is a leading provider of residential and outpatient community corrections programs. With programming that encompass assessment, drug and alcohol education, and education services for juvenile and adult populations. We are redefining effective means to reduce recidivism.


We are seeking a Case Manager at the The Phoenix Center.

As a Case Manager, you will focus on developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans for a caseload of residents. Accordingly, you will assess and identify clinical issues for each resident and create clear objectives and goals. You will also track and document resident progress in case reports while working to meet all required internal and external standards and policies.

Your primary duties include:

1. Creates, updates and maintains case records on each assigned resident;
2. Collects resident history such as treatment and incarceration and general background and 
    develops recommended individualized treatment plan;
3. Conducts individual and group counseling sessions plus case load group sessions;
4. Gives program lectures to resident groups; coordinates volunteer participation in accordance
    with established facility rules.
5. Recommends residents for specific programs in accordance with treatment plan;
6. Develops continuing care treatment plans for assigned residents;
7. Documents all residents scheduled meetings and ad hoc interactions; monitors clinical charts;
8. Provides interventions with residents;
9. Completes assigned special management projects such as Family Services, Anger
    Management, Job Skills;
10. Trains staff and serves as member of QM Team.


The qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, prefer Masters in Human Services, Psychology and/or Counseling.  Other vital competencies include good computer skills (including proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, as well as MS Office and Internet navigation) and valid driver’s license. We conduct Drug Testing as a condition of employment.
